Senior-Youth Pottery Workshop
 

This pottery workshop will enable our seniors and youth, to fill a generational gap. This program is designed as a service-learning activity where through the manipulation of clay a communication bond will be formed and knowledge will be transferred between the participants. A pottery expert will conduct this workshop. The workshop will run for eight (8) consecutive weeks, one (1) day a week. This workshop is an intergenerational mentoring class and it will help to aid in academic growth for our youth and offer a caring and nurturing environment.
